Our mission when we launched NEO at the close of 2020 was to build an incredible business that everyone can be proud of.
As we brought new people on we wanted to engage hearts and minds and get everyone pulling together around that mission.
We are a year into that journey and are growing our UK and North American teams – whether you are an established recruiter or someone who is keen to discuss the benefits of a career in recruitment we would like to speak with you!

So in an extremely competitive market place where the offering can appear similar from company to company, What do we offer that is different? Well we are passionate about developing more meaningful and collaborative relationships with our clients through working Retained – Supported by NEO on boarding and the continued support of the ‘Best in class’ external consultants, we are invested in developing Recruitment Consultants who would like to ‘level up’, learn how to work retained, better forecast their earnings and join the NEO journey.
In the past year we have:-
– Grown from 3 to 7 heads
– Placed professionals in the UK, Canada, US, Saudi Arabia and Australia
– Launched our North American service offering
– Travelled to Toronto to visit our clients
– Completed 19 retained searches using our executive search methodology
– Moved from our 3 man office to a modern 2,500sqft office
